Completing a good day’s hard work is one of the most rewarding feelings. To stand back, and see the transformation of an undone task finally completed. One of my favorite tasks of Summer would be mowing grass. And once I’m finished mowing I like to grab a big glass of something cold to drink, sit on my porch, and just look out at my yard seeing how nice, and uniform the landscaping looks. Today I had a truck load of firewood that needed unloaded, and stacked in the basement entrance. It felt so great once I was finished stacking that last piece of firewood. It looks nice, and neat stacked in rows. Instead of just thrown in a pile. Plus I’m grateful to have the wood to heat my home on these chilly nights. Not much beats the feeling of accomplishing a task, and standing back looking at the progress made.
